Come along and get involved!

We’re holding our Annual General Meeting very soon - on Tuesday 24th April at 8pm at Playgroup - and we’d love it if you could come along and join us!

There are a few key bits of business that we have to discuss, such as our accounts and activities over the past year. We also use it as an opportunity to talk about our plans for the year ahead.

In addition, the AGM is the time when we elect our Committee members and welcome any new mums, dads or grandparents who’d like to get more involved in what we do and how Playgroup - as a registered Charity - is run through our Parent Committee.

You can be involved as much or as little as you like, but numbers really do count! Many of our grown-ups enjoy having their say and sharing their views. We very much value this input, as it all helps to make Tollerton Playgroup the best place it can possibly be for its youngsters.

There are other reasons to get involved in our Committee too; it’s a great way of meeting other local parents, or even improving your CV and learning new skills that will help with future employment.
