ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) - TUESDAY 6TH JUNE 2023 AT 8PM AT TOLLERTON PLAYGROUP. ALL WELCOME!
Notice is hereby given that Tollerton Playgroup will be holding its AGM on Tuesday 6th June 2023 at 8pm. As parents / carers, your support is essential. Each family counts as one vote. Your votes are needed to approve the accounts and elect the Committee for the forthcoming year. The meeting must be quorate. This is normally a very short meeting!
If you are interested in joining our Management Committee, please let us know. We are a friendly group of parents who usually meet once a term to plan fundraising, PR and marketing activities and ensure Playgroup continues to offer the best pre-school experience for our children and families. No experience is necessary, just lots of enthusiasm and a little bit of spare time to help when you can. Plus, becoming a Trustee is also something good to pop on to your CV!
